The planner reads your coin and designs its block: name, motto, colours and architecture. The city itself is built by code from your coin, so every block is unique and the city never runs out of room.

3 Launch

• Free. The TURF treasury pays the pump.fun launch.
• 1% creator fee, split forever: 90% to your City Hall, 10% to TURF. Written into pump.fun's own fee-sharing program at birth; nobody can change it.
• Public works. Every 0.05 SOL City Hall collects funds a builder wallet that buys your coin once and holds it forever. Each one appears on your block as a street prop.
• Your block: 4, 0 on the frontier of THE OUTSKIRTS. Graduate and it moves downtown into THE CITY.
• You are the mayor. You brand the district, open votes and keep the chat tidy.

Add a picture, a name, a ticker (2-10 letters or numbers) and a neighbourhood name.
